Individual therapy can be beneficial to to persons of all ages, child, adolescent and adults. Individual therapy is the opportunity to work one-on-one with your therapist in a safe, non-judgmental environment. This individualized work can be extremely beneficial with navigating a number of life struggles, circumstances and challenges. In individual therapy the therapist helps you to explore, address and navigate distressing emotions, unhelpful behaviors, painful memories, and/or challenging life circumstances. Mental Health & Wellness Center, LLC utilizes a number of evidence-based practices to assist clients in individual therapy. A few of these practices include: CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Play Therapy, EMDR and, ACT.
Family therapy was created to help the family as a unit. Typically, in family therapy all family members are present for sessions, though this may vary from at times, depending on the specific needs of a family. Family therapy can be a valuable tool in addressing specific struggles in the family unit, such as conflict resolution, differing communication styles, or anger management. The therapist can assist the family in identifying family dynamics and patterns. This exploration can lead to family members identifying healthier ways of interacting and more productive communication among family members, which can decrease conflict among family members and thus improve quality of life.

Case management is a medicaid funded service that aims to assist clients in addressing and navigating specific life challenges and obstacles. Together, the client and case management discuss client's goals and needs and create and implement a plan to meet the client goals.

The TOVA is an FDA-cleared computerized test. It provides healthcare professionals with objective measurements of attention and inhibitory control. It has been shown to be reliable and can detect each subtype of ADHD: hyperactive-impulsive, inattentive, or combined. The T.O.V.A is used in conjunction with self-report, collateral reports, clinical observation, and client history. The T.O.V.A. is used for a more comprehensive picture of academic, social, and personal performance and impairment.
