Welcome

Mental Health & Wellness Center, LLC is a mental health clinic located in Nicholasville, Kentucky.  Since 2018, our experienced therapists have offered mental health counseling to all ages including children, adolescents and adults.  Additional services include targeted case management and ADHD testing.  Our mission is to address a client’s mental health needs through evidenced-based therapy, education and case management support.
